FAIRFAX — Vermont State Police charged a St. Albans man with driving under the influence of drugs following a motor vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.
Peter Delorme, 38, was processed for DUI drugs after the crash on Route 104 near Huntville Road at approximately 2:56 p.m.
Troopers observed signs of impairment while speaking with Delorme at the scene.
Delorme was released with a citation to appear at Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 22 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the DUI charge.
