RICHFORD — Vermont State Police St. Albans barrack was advised of an assault that took place July 13 at 2:26 a.m.
It was determined that Damien Fiske, age 21 of Enosburg, assaulted an individual after a verbal argument.
The victim sustained minor injuries as well as a concussion.
Fiske was located and issued a citation for simple assault.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
