LOWELL — The Vermont State Police Derby Barracks received a report of a single vehicle crash that occurred on Hazen Notch Road on July 17 at approximately 9:19 p.m.
During the course of the investigation, Ashley Prevost, 40, of Lowell, showed signs of impairment.
Prevost was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and processed at the Derby Barracks.
Prevost was later issued a citation to appear at a later date in Orleans County Superior Court.
This marks Prevost’s second DUI offense.
