DANVILLE — Vermont State Police arrested a 24-year-old St. Johnsbury man early Saturday morning for violating conditions of his release after responding to a vehicle off the roadway.
Police were dispatched at approximately 3:52 a.m. July 5 to Hill Street in Danville for a report of a vehicle off the roadway.
Upon arrival, officers identified Paris Crown as a passenger in the vehicle.
Crown had active conditions prohibiting him from consuming alcohol, according to police.
During the investigation, Crown admitted to consuming alcohol, police said.
Crown was arrested and charged with violation of conditions of release.
He was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing and issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court.
