DANVILLE — Vermont State Police arrested a Burlington man early Saturday morning after responding to a vehicle off the roadway.
Stephane Katende, 23, was identified as a passenger in the vehicle when troopers arrived at Hill Street at approximately 3:52 a.m. July 5.
Police determined Katende was in violation of active conditions of release.
Katende was arrested and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court.
