JAMAICA — Vermont State Police troopers were notified of a single vehicle crash on Vermont Route 100 North at approximately 7:30 a.m. June 28.
The operator reportedly went off the road, causing damage to a street sign, and then left the area.
Following an investigation, troopers from the Westminster Barracks located and identified the operator as Jhojan Poma, 35, of Windham.
Poma was cited to appear in Windham County Criminal Division to answer to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
