CAMBRIDGE — Vermont State Police responded to a four-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 15 at approximately 9:41 a.m. June 30.
All four vehicles were traveling east on Vermont Route 15 approaching the roundabout when the crash occurred under clear weather conditions on dry roads.
A vehicle not involved in the crash was making a left turn into a private business, causing three vehicles to stop completely behind it.
Jackson W. Minor, 20, of Fairfax, was driving the last vehicle in line and was unable to slow down in time, colliding with the rear of a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Uriah B. Keith, 27, of Montpelier.
The impact caused Keith’s vehicle to strike a 2022 Ford F-150 driven by Friedora Haley, 61, of Jeffersonville.
Haley’s vehicle then collided with a 2019 Toyota Tundra driven by William R. Russ, 66, of Williston.
Minor’s 2019 Ford Super Duty sustained moderate front-end damage.
Keith’s Silverado sustained moderate damage.
Haley’s F-150 sustained moderate damage, and she was transported to University of Vermont Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.
Russ’s Tundra sustained minor contact damage.
All operators were wearing seat belts.
Cambridge Fire Department and Cambridge Rescue assisted Vermont State Police at the scene.
