MILFORD — A 44-year-old Otego woman was arrested June 12 on an outstanding family court warrant and drug possession charge following a welfare check investigation.
Christina L. Socci was found to have an active arrest warrant through Delaware County Family Court, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies also discovered Socci was in possession of a controlled substance during the investigation.
She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Socci was turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment.
The case will be handled in Milford Town Court.
