MILFORD — A 19-year-old Maryland man was arrested on driving while intoxicated charges following a motor vehicle accident June 13.
Michael B. Gardner was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, uninspected motor vehicle and failed to yield the right of way on left turn, all first offenses, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest occurred after a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Milford.
Gardner was found to be under the influence, deputies said.
He was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Milford Town Court at a later date.
