NORTHFIELD — A Berlin man was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after allegedly grabbing people near the Norwich University gym on June 10.
Joel Banash, 26, was taken into custody at approximately 6:50 p.m. at 24 ID White Ave.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the Norwich University area for a report of a suspicious male grabbing people near the gym.
Following an investigation, Banash was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court- Criminal Division.
