GILBERTSVILLE — A 46-year-old Gilbertsville woman was arrested Sunday on a petit larceny charge following an investigation into a theft at a local business.
Xanthe E. Elbrick was taken into custody by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation into a larceny at Sam Smith’s Boatyard and Blue Mingo Grill Gift Shop.
Elbrick was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in Town of Otsego Court at a later date.
