BRATTLEBORO — Three people were arrested on drug possession charges after state police located a vehicle of interest on Canal Street on June 14 at approximately 3:47 p.m.
Adam Matyas, 48, of Brattleboro, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and violation of conditions of release.
Lou-Ann Kissell, 39, of Brattleboro, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.
Jessica Spinella, 41, of Brattleboro, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and violation of conditions of release.
Troopers assigned to the Westminster Barracks determined through investigation that all three occupants of the vehicle were in possession of cocaine and heroin.
Police also determined that Spinella and Matyas were in violation of active court-ordered conditions of release.
All three were released with criminal citations to appear before the Windham County Superior Court on Aug. 19 at 8:30 a.m.
