FAIRFIELD — State Police responded to a residence on Comstock Road June 19 at 12:43 p.m. for a domestic dispute.
On arrival, troopers interviewed a female victim who stated that she was in a physical dispute with her boyfriend.
Through the course of the investigation, troopers arrested Nathan L. Oldick, age 40, from Newport, N.Y.
Oldick was transported to State Police Herkimer where he was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was also charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a Class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Oldick was arraigned at the village of Herkimer CAP Court and released on his own recognizance to appear in the town of Fairfield Court at a later date.
