Bow man arrested on child sexual abuse material charges

BOW — Elder Antonio Lopez-Fletes, 31, a Honduran national temporarily residing in Bow, was taken into custody following a search and arrest warrant operation conducted by the Bow Police Department in conjunction with the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The arrest follows an approximately six-month investigation led by Detective Sergeant Coady.

Lopez-Fletes faces five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

The operation involved a collaborative effort between various law enforcement agencies.

New Hampshire law prohibits the release of any person charged with possession of child sexual abuse images pending arraignment.

Lopez-Fletes was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections to await his arraignment on Friday, June 20, in the 6th Circuit – District Division – Concord Court.
