PORTSMOUTH — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying an individual in connection with an incident that occurred Tuesday afternoon at Bliss Boutique on Market Street.
The Portsmouth Police Department released a request for assistance regarding the June 3 incident at the downtown boutique.
