Brattleboro police arrest 8 people in 4-day span

BRATTLEBORO — Eight people were arrested by Brattleboro police between June 12 and June 15 on charges ranging from outstanding warrants to assault and driving under the influence.

Denise Nuccio, 46, of Westminster, was arrested June 12 on Flat Street after officers responding to a trespassing complaint discovered she had an active arrest warrant.

Nuccio was held on $300 bail and scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on June 12.

Lewis Nunez Liriano, 35, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, was arrested June 13 for simple assault after officers responded to a disturbance at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.

Police located Nunez Liriano on Putney Road, where he was arrested, cited and released with a June 16 court date.

Adam Florence, 46, of Brattleboro, was arrested June 13 on Flat Street after officers on patrol determined he had an active arrest warrant.

Florence was held on $1,000 bail with a June 16 court appearance scheduled.

Terry Cameron, 30, of Schenectady, New York, was arrested June 13 at a Clark Street residence for violation of conditions of release following a disturbance call.

Cameron was held on $500 bail and scheduled to appear in court June 16.

Adam Hall, 44, of Brookline, was arrested June 14 for his second DUI offense after a single-car accident near Black Mountain Road and Rice Farm Road.

Hall was cited and released with a June 16 court date.

Justin Liacos, 45, of Brattleboro, was arrested June 15 on Putney Road after officers on patrol recognized him as having an active arrest warrant.

Liacos was cited and scheduled to appear in court June 16.

Elisha Taylor, 42, of Tunbridge, was arrested June 15 on Flat Street after officers determined he had multiple active arrest warrants.

Taylor was held on $2,200 bail with a June 16 court appearance.

Darren Bolio, 47, of Brattleboro, was arrested June 15 at the Brattleboro Transportation Center for aggravated disorderly conduct and a hate-motivated crime following a suspicious person complaint.

Bolio was held on $200 bail and scheduled to appear in court June 16.
