Portsmouth police seek help identifying 2 people in restaurant incident

PORTSMOUTH — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two individuals in connection with an incident at a downtown restaurant.

The Portsmouth Police Department said the incident occurred Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. at the Waterview Grill restaurant on Bow Street.

Police released photographs of the two people they want to identify but acknowledged the image quality is poor.
