PLYMOUTH — Troopers with the Vermont State Police were dispatched to a complaint of vandalism of construction equipment on June 9 at 8:21 a.m.
The incident occurred on Ranger Road.
Assisted by the Windsor County Sheriff’s Department, a suspect was identified and located in a nearby area.
Victoria Reaser, 57, a transient, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant by deputies.
Reaser was transported to Vermont Superior Court in Woodstock.
She was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division on a charge of unlawful mischief.
The victim was identified as Richard Hallstrom, 52, of Barre.
