MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 46-year-old Clifton Park man on felony charges following a burglary complaint Thursday.

Deputies responded to 885 Middle Line Road at 12:40 a.m. Thursday for the complaint.

The investigation led to the arrest of Shawn P. Flores on charges of criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and criminal trespass in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Flores is accused of violating an order of protection by failing to stay away from the protected person’s residence.

The contempt charge was upgraded to a felony due to a previous criminal contempt conviction within the preceding five years.
