DUMMERSTON — A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing his vehicle Saturday night.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to the intersection of Houghton Road and Middle Road at approximately 11:49 p.m. for a motor vehicle that crashed off the road.
Matthew Turek of Newfane was taken into custody following the investigation.
Turek was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 1 at 8:30 a.m.
