Brattleboro police arrest 11 people in weeklong span

BRATTLEBORO — Police arrested 11 people on various charges during a five-day period from May 28 through June 1, according to a department press release Thursday.

Shannon Mylott, 26, of Brattleboro was arrested May 28 at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for assault on a protected professional following a disturbance investigation.

Adam Matyas, 48, of Newfane was arrested May 28 at a Green Street residence for simple assault, aggravated disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release.

Matyas was held on $500 bail.

Erica Brown, 34, of Brattleboro was arrested May 30 on Black Mountain Road on an active Vermont arrest warrant.

Jeremy Darcy, 46, of Brattleboro was arrested May 30 at an Elm Street residence for simple assault following a disturbance call.

Zachary Croteau, 34, of Winchester, New Hampshire was arrested May 30 at the Little League Field for unlawful trespass, unlawful mischief and lewd and lascivious conduct.

Dwayne Walker, 58, of Brattleboro was arrested May 31 at Great River Terrace on an active Vermont arrest warrant.

Cassandra Duff, 44, of Brattleboro and Ashlee Riddle, 39, of Brattleboro were arrested May 31 at a South Main Street residence following a disturbance.

Duff was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct while Riddle was charged with simple assault and aggravated disorderly conduct.

Steven Sarringer, 48, of Brattleboro and Arla Rebaudo, 41, of Brattleboro were arrested May 31 at a Lynwood Drive residence.

Sarringer was charged with DUI and domestic assault and held on $1,000 bail.

Rebaudo was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, assault on a law enforcement officer and impeding public officers.

Samantha Swiney, 46, of Brattleboro was arrested June 1 at a Flat Street residence for domestic assault and held on $2,500 bail.

All defendants are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on various dates.
