MILFORD — Olivia A. Lazarus, 29, of Milford, was arrested May 17 on a charge of first-degree criminal contempt following a traffic stop in the Town of Milford.
According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, Lazarus was found to be a passenger in a vehicle driven by the protected party of an active full stay away order of protection.
Lazarus was taken into custody and transported to the Otsego County Correctional Facility.
She is awaiting arraignment in Otsego County Centralized Arraignment Court.
