MILFORD — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Olivia A. Lazarus, 29, of Milford, on May 17.
Lazarus was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
The arrest followed a traffic stop in the Town of Milford.
Authorities determined Lazarus was a passenger in a vehicle operated by the protected party of an active full stay-away order of protection.
She was taken to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Lazarus is scheduled to appear in Town of Milford Court.
