MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call at 3:20 p.m. Saturday on Doubleday Avenue in the town of Milton.
Authorities say their investigation led to the arrest of Kevin R. Digges, 39, of Milton, on a charge of criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony.
Digges is accused of intentionally causing more than $250 worth of damage to property belonging to another person.
The Sheriff’s Office alleged that Digges damaged a window, sheet rock, a nightstand, and linens at the motel where he was staying.
Digges was arraigned before Judge Steven L. Brown in Milton Town Court.
He was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
