LYNDON — Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Center Street and Back Center Road on May 17 at approximately 3 p.m., according to Vermont State Police.

Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the scene where they determined that Keith Libby, 64, of Barnet, failed to yield the right of way while attempting to make a left turn.

Libby’s 2022 Subaru Outback was turning from Back Center Road onto Center Street when it collided with a 2013 Ford Edge driven by Mickaela Wright, 30, of Sheffield.

Wright was traveling south on Center Street through the intersection when the crash occurred.

Both vehicles sustained moderate front-end damage, but no injuries were reported.

Wright’s Ford Edge was towed from the scene, while Libby was able to drive his Subaru from the location.

Rita Libby, 60, of Barnet, was a passenger in the Subaru at the time of the collision.

All individuals involved were wearing seat belts.
