DUMMERSTON — A Brookline man faces a driving under the influence charge following an early morning crash in Dummerston on Saturday.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on East-West Road at approximately 3:11 a.m. on May 17.
Investigation of the incident led to the arrest of Julien N. Lavoie, 62, for DUI.
Lavoie is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on July 29 to answer to the charge.
