DUMMERSTON — A Brookline man faces charges of grossly negligent operation following a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in Dummerston.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to the crash on Middle Road near Tucker Reed Road at about 3:06 p.m. May 17.
Investigators determined that Julien Lavoie, 62, was operating his vehicle in a negligent manner when the crash occurred.
Lavoie was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on May 19 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge.
