Vehicle strikes building in Londonderry

LONDONDERRY — A 71-year-old Londonderry woman was cited for driving with a criminally suspended license after her vehicle struck a building Thursday morning, state police said.

Susan K. Foley was identified as the operator of a vehicle that hit a building on Trailside Condos Lane at approximately 8:30 a.m. on May 15, according to authorities.

Troopers from the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks responded to the scene after receiving a report of the incident.

Investigation revealed that Foley was not impaired at the time of the crash, but was driving with a criminally suspended license, police said.

Foley was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Unit, Criminal Division on June 3 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge.
