MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Milton man Wednesday following an investigation into credit card fraud that allegedly occurred on Wood Thrush Court.
Kevin C. Kratchel, 56, of Milton, was charged with grand larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
Authorities began investigating after receiving a fraud complaint on April 21.
According to the sheriff’s office, Kratchel is accused of stealing property valued at more than $3,000 by using another person’s credit card to order items for himself from an online retailer.
Kratchel was arraigned before the Honorable Steven L. Brown in Milton Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
