MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 34-year-old Milton man Wednesday following a domestic incident that reportedly occurred on Crooks Grove Road.
Hayden M. Jacobs was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony, and assault in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
The sheriff’s office received a call about the inactive domestic incident Tuesday at 3:45 p.m.
According to authorities, Jacobs is accused of intentionally causing physical injury to another person and violating an order of protection in doing so.
Investigators allege Jacobs shoved the victim to the ground.
The victim was treated at Saratoga Hospital for head, hand, thigh, and knee pain before being discharged.
Jacobs was arraigned before the Honorable Steven L. Brown in Milton Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
