LONDONDERRY — A Manchester woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred last October on Rockingham Road.
Felly S. Mizenga, 54, was charged with negligent homicide and several other offenses following a months-long investigation into the Oct. 12, 2024, collision that killed motorcyclist Brian Marcoux of Dracut.

Responders found a collision between a 2019 Toyota Highlander driven by Mizenga and a 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by Marcoux.
Marcoux was transported to Elliot Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Mizenga remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, police said.

She also faces violation charges for a hands-free violation, yellow/solid line violation, and failure to yield.
Mizenga was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment at Derry District Court on June 11.
