MILFORD — A Milford man was arrested Monday after deputies discovered he had active bench warrants during a neighbor dispute investigation.
Tyler D. Rous, 35, was taken into custody by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office on March 10.
Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute in the Town of Milford where they encountered Rous at the scene.
During their investigation, authorities discovered Rous had two active bench warrants issued by the Oneonta Police Department.
Rous was arrested without incident and transferred to the custody of the Oneonta Police Department.
He is scheduled to appear in Oneonta City Court to address the warrants.
