Man arrested after domestic dispute in Coventry

COVENTRY — Vermont State Police arrested a 23-year-old Coventry man Monday morning after responding to a domestic dispute at a local residence.

Hazen Nault was taken into custody around 10:30 a.m. on March 10 for allegedly violating conditions of release, according to state police.

Troopers from the Derby barracks responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a home in Coventry.

Investigation revealed Nault had engaged in a physical dispute with a household member who was protected by court-ordered conditions of release that prohibited abusive behavior.

Nault was processed at the Derby barracks and released with a citation to appear in court later that day.

The name of the victim was not released in accordance with Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
