SALEM — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a woman suspected of stealing approximately $800 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store.

The Salem Police Department shared a surveillance image of the suspect on social media Friday as part of their “Find ‘Em Friday” initiative.

Authorities described the woman as the “blue clothing bandit” based on her attire visible in the security footage.

Detective Farah has been assigned to the case and is requesting anyone with information about the woman’s identity to contact him.

The theft occurred at the Ulta Beauty location in Salem, though police did not specify the exact date of the incident.

This marks the latest in a series of public identification requests from the Salem Police Department, with officials noting previous suspects have been identified within approximately 13 hours of posting.
