SHOREHAM — Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Shoreham Depot Road near Dame Road at approximately 9:41 p.m. on March 2.
The driver, Gabriel Cousino, 23, from Bridport, was operating a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.
Cousino, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured in the crash.
The weather and road conditions were clear at the time of the incident.
While interacting with Cousino, troopers noticed signs of impairment.
He was screened and subsequently taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Cousino was later released on a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
The Chevrolet Silverado sustained minor damage.
