Man cited for disorderly conduct in Londonderry

LONDONDERRY — Vermont State Police cited a Londonderry man following a disorderly conduct incident on North Main Street on Feb. 27 at approximately 6:02 p.m.

Authorities responded after receiving a report of a man acting disorderly and recklessly endangering residents at the location.

An investigation revealed Shane E. Arsenault, 29, had acted disorderly and placed others at risk, including 59-year-old Londonderry resident Renee Gallant.

Police cited Arsenault for disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, at 8:30 a.m. on April 22.
