Baltimore man charged in domestic assault, held without bail

BALTIMORE — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 79 Old Shincracker Lane at approximately 6:37 p.m. on Feb. 22.

An investigation determined that Nelson Slayton Kendall, 39, had physically assaulted a household member and violated multiple conditions of release.

Kendall was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 24.

He was given additional conditions of release and is being held without bail at Southern State Correctional Facility until his hearing.
