LYNDON — A domestic disturbance call led to the arrest of a 21-year-old Lyndon man on an outstanding warrant early Monday morning.

Vermont State Police from St. Johnsbury responded to the incident on High Street around 2:19 a.m. Upon arrival, troopers located Austin Emmons, who was discovered to have an active warrant for his arrest.

The warrant was issued after Emmons failed to appear in court on a charge of Aggravated Assault.

Emmons was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex.

He is being held on $500 bail pending further court actions.
