WHITING — A single-vehicle crash late on Jan. 17 led to the citing of a Vergennes man for negligent operation, according to Vermont State Police.

Ryan Delisle, 31, was behind the wheel of a 2008 Jeep Compass when he lost control on Shoreham Whiting Rd., near Webster Rd., around 11:08 p.m.
