DUMMERSTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 47-year-old Putney woman on charges of leaving the scene of an accident that occurred at the intersection of Canoe Brook Road and US Route 5.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to the incident on Sept. 9 at approximately 2:39 p.m. Their investigation led to the arrest of Jennafer I.
Sargent for her alleged involvement in the crash.
Sargent has been scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on Oct. 29 at 8:30 a.m. to face the charges.
