Woodbury man cited for violating release conditions

WOODBURY — A Woodbury man was cited early Monday for allegedly violating the conditions of his court-ordered release, state police said.

William Swahn, 34, is accused of not adhering to his curfew and being under the influence of alcohol, according to authorities.

Troopers responded to a call on E Hill Road at approximately 2:30 a.m. and made contact with Swahn.

Swahn has been issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Oct. 17 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charges.
