SHARON — Vermont State Police arrested a 40-year-old Sharon woman on charges of domestic assault following an incident at a residence on Aldrich Farm Road.
The arrest of Rebecca M. Neuroth was made after troopers responded to a report of domestic violence on Aug. 16, at about 10:15 a.m.
According to the authorities, upon arrival and after investigation, they found probable cause to charge Neuroth with domestic assault.
The Vermont State Police has a policy of not releasing the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
Neuroth was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor County Criminal Division on Aug. 19, at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charges.
