DERRY — The owner of a local automotive dealership was taken into custody today, August 8, on criminal charges, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
Matthew Lefebvre, 33, of Lowell, Massachusetts, faces allegations of submitting a fraudulent lease agreement to the Division of Motor Vehicles and failing to secure a surety bond for his dealership operations across multiple communities.
Lefebvre, who owns Only Dealz, LLC, was arrested by the Troop G Investigations Unit without incident.
The charges against Lefebvre include one count of Tampering with Public Records and one count of Bond Required, each classified as misdemeanors.
His arraignment is set for September 27 at 8:15 a.m. in Concord District Court.
