Woodbury trooper seeks hit-and-run pickup truck

WOODBURY — A hit-and-run incident involving a black Ford pickup truck and a Toyota RAV4 occurred today at around noon at the intersection of Old Town Farm Road and Route 6, according to the Woodbury Resident Trooper Office.

The Ford pickup, which is believed to be lifted with large tires, reportedly struck the Toyota, resulting in minor damage to the vehicle.

The pickup truck then left the scene of the accident, and witnesses noted that it emitted a cloud of black smoke as it sped away.

Officials have stated that the truck should have damage on the driver’s side front quarter panel.

The Woodbury Resident Trooper Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the vehicle and the driver.
