Police appeal for info on assault of 15-year-old boy in Grantham

GRANTHAM — Authorities are appealing for information following an assault on a 15-year-old boy, who was attacked by a group of youths in Wyndham Park.

The boy was in the park when he was confronted by a group of six to nine individuals who tore his clothes and struck him in the face, causing a nosebleed.

The incident took place between 6:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 14.

Authorities are eager to hear from any witnesses who were in the park during that time frame.
