FAIRFAX — A 29-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Fairfax yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release incident that occurred at a home on Hawley Road at around 5:15 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Leonard Hayden violated his conditions of release by initiating third-party contact with a protected party.
Hayden was lodged at the Northwest Correctional Center and held with $200 bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court today to face the charge.
