WATERBURY — A 27-year-old woman from Massachusetts was arrested for DUI refusal following an incident in Waterbury this morning.
Police say they stopped to check on a vehicle that was stopped beside I-89 north at around 5:50 a.m.
Following an investigation, police say that the driver, Hayley Kozikowski, of Springfield, MA, was under the influence of alcohol.
Kozikowski was arrested and processed for suspicious of DUI.
She was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
