Two school girls injured in Grantham collision

GRANTHAM — Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision that left two schoolgirls injured in Grantham on Tuesday, May 2, around 8.30 am.

Details of the collision are still unclear, but the girls fell from a pedal cycle.

From inquiries so far, it is unknown what caused them to fall off the bike.

Police have checked local CCTV and are asking anyone who has video footage to come forward.

“We would also like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area or anyone who has information that will help,” said a police spokesperson.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident “162.”
