GUILFORD — A 59-year-old man from Bennington was arrested for DUI following a crash in Guilford last week.
The crash took place on Sweet Pond Road at around 1:40 a.m. on May 6.
Police say that the driver, identified as Robert A. Ely, was arrested for driving under the influence.
Ely is scheduled to appear in court on May 30.
