DUI charges after vehicle found in median of I-89 in Richmond

RICHMOND — A 22-year-old man from Windsor was arrested for DUI following an incident in Richmond today.

Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle in the median of I-89 south at around 2:50 a.m.

Police say they made contact with the driver, who was identified as William Judge.

While speaking with Judge, police say they detected indicators of impairment.

He was arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.

He was released with a citation to appear in court on April 20 to answer the charge.
